FAQ:
How do you pronounce your last name?
STOH-bee. Two syllables, long vowels.
Do I have to read the books in order?
Yes, the first time, read the series in numerical order to avoid spoilers. But after that, you can have all kinds of fun with this series!
You can read the books chronologically, revealing new connections, insights, and lore. The chronological order is: Book Six, One, Seven, Eight, Two, Three, Nine, Four, Five, and Ten.
The full story of the Coronation War is found in Books Eight, Two, Three, and Nine. Books Three and Nine can be read simultaneously to reveal the war from two different perspectives. A reading guide detailing the order to read pages from each book is available for free from the author. Use the contact form on this website to request the reading guide.
Read Book One, then Seven, then Five, to see how the Dragon's Fire mystery connects the past to the present.
Read Book Six, then Ten, to reveal how the puzzle of the throne fits together.
The books are an intricately connected history of action, romance, and intrigue. Each time you read them, you'll find something new.
What ages are these books for?
I recommend the books for ages 12 and up. My readers range from 9 to 90. I write clean fiction. Consider the books to have a PG rating: occasional mild profanity, occasional violence, some dark themes, no graphic sex or gore. Some content is inappropriate for young children.
